Canon 40D with 10-22mm lens, no tripod

Q2. What settings did you have on your camera?
The clouds split so quickly, there wasn't time to manually set camera settings... it was on my default "Program" setting on the mode wheel. Exposure 0.5, ISO 800

Q3. What software did you use during the post-production?
Lightroom 3

Q4. What is the location?
New York, 9/11 Tribute lights, 2010

Q5. How did you come up with the idea of this shot?
I capture NYC daily, and the 9/11 tribute lights are a special night for me, every year
